Ben and his team are always so reliable I never have to book my car in advance he gets me in with short notice, he always ensures that there is a company car available and even ensures that there is a car seat in it for my son. Ben always rings if there is anything extra that needs doing to the car, and always rings or sends a text when the car is available for pick up. Reasonably priced and always guaranteed service with a smile, why would you go anywhere else?!

I found my experience at Yarra Valley Autocare to be completely different to any other mechanics I've been to and in a very good way.
I'm a young-ish female and have been treated in the past like I have no idea, however when I dropped my car off to Ben at Yarra Valley Autocare, he ran through the whole service with me to make sure I understood what I was getting for my money and explained it in terms that I understood without making me feel like an idiot.

I have a Jeep Trailhawk, recently serviced through Jeep. Jeep requested urgent, expensive work that needed doing. I decided to get a second opinion after reading the excellent customer reviews from Yarra Valley Autocare.
I bought my car to Ben to look at. He was very helpful and gave me a common sense explanation of what he found. He confirmed that the work was not required to be done and the car was perfectly safe to drive! $1200 saved! I was impressed with Bens level of professionalism, he was polite and also didn't charge me anything. From now on, all my car servicing will be done at Yarra Valley Autocare. Highly recommended.
